I Jackie m have been a tenant at Louisburg square apt since 2011.I love it here because , management is outstanding ,during hardships ,hurricanes ,I remember I stayed behind and management Mrs Lisa ask if I was ok and gave me and neighbors bottles of water .The apartment complex is always clean Management promptly addresses any issues In your apartment ,Staff here at Louisburg is always respectful. I ACTUALLY CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE DEAMED HABITABLE. LIVED HERE MANY YEARS AGO, AND MY UNCLE MARVIN MARTIN AND HIS GIRLFRIEND LISA BOURGEOIS MANAGED THE PLACE. MY SON WAS CONSTANTLY ILL WITH ASTHMA AND ALLERGY SYMPTOMS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THE CAUSE WAS FROM MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE VENTILATION AND HAD A LEAK IN MY WALL, LITERALLY HAD MUSHROOMS CONSTANTLY TRYING TO GROW IN MY CLOSET.
