RecommendedMy new home away from home. I love the classes and instructors, 24 hr access, choices of equipment and seeing so many friends there who I have know over the 20 yrs in Louisburg. No indoor pool, trampoline or spin class? I am ok with that. I like the small town feel and how welcoming it is to go there. Everyone in the office is supportive, knowledgeable and friendly.
Love the people here and the clean environment! So many options to choose from including tanning, saunas, healthy smoothie bar, massages, and lots of equipment.
Great array of machines, weights, and cardio. Locker rooms have community hair products, shower, sauna, and more! The gym also offers massages, tanning, and juice plus shakes. But, what separates it from any other gym? The classes!!! I love the energy, variety of classes, and amazing community, that exists here �
I love going the the yoga classes they offer, Brenda is amazing! I use the gym 4 days a week. The equipment is always clean. There isn't much room to do ab work and free weights though. A lot of equipment and plenty of machines, just not much space. I like sitting in the sauna as well, which is kept clean as well.
