Everytime I go to this hospital it’s a bad experience. I have severe colitis so I end up in the hospital with flares often. The first time I was admitted here I had a roommate who cursed & screamed not only at staff but at me all night. The most recent time I was there I was put in a chair in the ER hallway. I spent four hours throwing up in front of any other medical staff or patient passing by. I was given an iv & discharged all in a chair in the hall. I had a CCTA recently and the entire staff was great, from Registration to Transport, and then Nurses to my actual CT Tech, all provided excellent care.

I have recently had the most miserable medical experience of my life at the Banner Del Web hospital. let's start with my visit by ambulance to the emergency room on Saturday 7/26. I was brought in with suspected broken ribs from a fall. I was admitted and 30 minutes later I was taken for x-rays. I was then placed in a dark cold room with no attention for 2 1/2 hours. This is the 3rd time this month my dad has come back to this hospital for his heart. The last time was 2 or 3 days ago when he was released against his cardiologists suggestion. The cardiologist wanted him to stay one more day then do another check to ensure the clot was dissolved however the in house doctor discharged him. I'm so tired of fighting I'm so tired of dealing with this. His cardiologist should have the say as to when a heart patient is released not the in house
