I really don’t like when a business says open until 6pm and you get to the place at 550pm, the door is locked, the lady working in the sales center still there and looked at me and my wife like we were about to rob her, she unlocked and open the door about 4 inches and said: “we are closed, comeback tomorrow, we open at noon”. There were 3 other families pulling in at the same time. We drove 40 miles to look at the model, we thought we made it on time however we wasted our time.
I do not recommend this place. I completed a pre-approval online, I waited weeks to hear back, no one ever reached out to me. Their lender did not process my application, never called me, I just received an email from the property manager Barbara stating that I will not be able to purchase at home here. There was no rationale behind their decision, especially since nothing was ever processed. She never asked if I had my own lender, which I do and I’ve already been pre-approved with that lender.
