I went to Dr. Kantaros as a replacement to my longtime cardiologist who had retired. I requested my prescription be renewed, which he said he would do. When I received my prescription it was a totally different drug. He changed my medication without even telling me or explaining why he thought it necessary to change. He was in and out of the treatment room within 5 to 7 minutes, with him never even mentioning the results of the EKG that they had done. He was terrible, he reviewed none of my information, test results, or diagnostic tests. I had a new diagnosis and came to him for a second opinion and I was in and out of his office in 15 minutes. He asked me the same question over and over and did no physical assessment other than an EKG, which he looked at told me it was abnormal and told me it was probably no big deal, and told me I could leave there was no need for follow up. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.
