Had an unfortunate and sudden skin reaction with no idea as to the cause. Louis was kind enough to provide insight into the issue in addition to treatment. I appreciate that Louis was kind enough to disclose alternative skin care options to use moving forward to avoid such a reaction in the future.
Billing department- totally incompetent
Had an amazing experience with Louis. He listened to our concerns and work around what we thought was going on. He was able to diagnose my son Quickly. He put our minds at ease. Made the experience of being in the ER a pleasant one. Saw us Quickly. Assisted the nurses with bringing us in and getting us to a room. Explained to my son what he was gonna do. Made him smile. I went to the ER as I was feeling extremely ill. Dr. Workman did an amazing job in helping me but PA Louis Torres went above and beyond my needs in assisting me with everything I needed. As soon; as he saw me, he knew what was wrong with me. He didn’t hesitate to explain the plan of what he was going to order and the reasons for it. Providence is very lucky enough to have a PA like him and any pt who gets to be seen by the ER Drs is already lucky enough but more lucky to have Louis Torres as your PA. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Torres. He made me feel comfortable and was welcoming. Also he explained everything he was going to do before which really helped. Overall I had a great experience and definitely would recommend him.
