Very difficult to reach anyone, ever, & messages go unanswered, even those left with a human. Orders every test from start, at different visits, despite ability to get same info with one visit, making it much more expensive. Billing is done by his wife evidently, and I was billed over & over for amounts paid by Medicare, which are confirmed to be in excess of allowable by insurance company. I'm done.
