The problem isn't that they don't know what they are doing, the problem is that they let the old man answer the phone and he has horrible customer service. Maybe time for an office assistant or at least a someone to answer the phone.
Just tried to call for a quote and the gentlemen that answered was very rude offered no help. Not going to be doing business with them
