I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for more than 25 years and he never disappointed me. Whether routine check-up or emergency care, he and his staff were always the best.
A Great Dr. He is very patient with adults and easy to answer all questions. If its not Maria assisting and working on your teeth for anything it will bring nothing but problems. (Braces all came out fabulous for all my kids.) Nasty attitudes from the front desk receptionist and the medical biller who likes to over charge don't help him at all. Who wants to go to an office with that up front. The second assistant never does any quality work. Dental hygienist is fantastic.
Dr. Shapiro is amazing. He is the only reason I was able to overcome my dentist phobia. He has done a lot of work on my teeth over the past 10 years, and I've never had a problem. Dr. Shapiro and his staff are caring, comforting, and accommodating. Even though I now live over 80 miles away, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Dr Shapiro is amazing ! Went in for a teeth whitening and the results are un real. The office is so clean and his staff is just as amazing as him! Everyone is super sweet and caring. I was told how to preserve the longevity of the whiteness and it still looks as good as when I first got it. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is your man !!
PLEASE STAY AWAY! I had a crown done and have been having issues for the past 3 months. After the imprint was done, his tech put a temporary crown on which did not fit correctly and my gums started growing over it and causing major PAIN, had to go back for readjustment since the crown wasn't ready yet. NOW that the crown is in, once again the TECH PUT IT IN, there is a space there causing me discomfort and bad breath. DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT HE IS NOT THE ONE DOING MOST OF THE DENTAL WORK.
