I had an excellent experience with Dr. Louis Ruland and the entire staff at The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics in Bowie. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, friendly, and caring. Dr. Ruland took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the I highly recommend Dr. Ruland and CAO to anyone in need of orthopaedic care. Five stars all the way!

Very thorough and glad to have his expertise. Friendly people. Thanks. Dr. Ruland lll is a very good listener and is always positive. I'm so glad that he guided me through the rehabilitation of my left shoulder and nerve issues. Glad to be back using my entire arm!!
