Louis R Rivera Pa is a fantastic dentist! Dr. Rivera has been our family dentist for over 12 years. I have found him to be very compassionate and accomodating. He has performed a number of procedures for myself and my family through the years and we've been extremely pleased with his work. He has state of the art equipment and takes time to explain what he is doing. Both he and the dental hygienists are very good with my children. Louis R Rivera Pa is great I read the 4 reviews on here and I just can't beleive what they are saying. Bad dentist he is NOT. He's a great dentist. I have been going to him since 1995 and NEVER had any problems. His front office lady is great and always very personable. Most dentists will not allow you to do a payment plan as most people end up not paying and they lose out on money. Set up a payment plan on your credit card people! So I highly recommend Dr. Rivera and all the hygenists at this office as well.
I hate this guy... and his rude office lady! So I went to Dr. Rivera last week to repair a recently filled cavity (which he originally filled and actually created a HUGE hole in my tooth, I should add) Anyways, I had the displeasure of dealing with an incredibly rude phone-answering lady. On top of that, I was forced to pay an absurd amount of money after he fixed the filling. (all he did was add cement too!) I feel so ripped off!! Absolutely TERRIBLE Dentist! Dr. Rivera has to be the WORST dentist I've ever been to! Aside from his poor service, his secretary is rather unhelpful and rarely friendly. I was unfortunate enough to have a root canal performed at this dentist's office. The procedure was poorly performed, the crown fell off soon after, and the office assistance was incredibly rude when I called to fix it. Even though the dentist put the crown in, he charged me a huge amount to put it back on! They really don't care about their patients. I wou... read more
Terrible Office Staff Wasn't able to get any dental service, due to a very poor front office staff. When I called to ask about alternative financial services (since, like LOTS of Americans I am without Dental insurance) I was informed haughtily that "THEIR patients paid in full at the time of service." When I asked for a potential referral, the receptionist informed that they would make no referrals because she "had no idea how other offices handled their financial arrangements", not the question I had asked at all. great this place is a great dentists office. dr louis rivera is a great dentist. i have had this dentist for the past 5 years and he has been great. my whole entire family goes there. they all like him a lot as well. the nurses there are also very friendly.
