My labs don't match a diagnosis (yet?) but he's the first rheumatologist I've seen who cares enough to keep seeing me a couple times a year to recheck the labs. He always asks if I have any questions and doesn't seem rushed when he answers. The staff are friendly, too, and I like that I can get the labs done in the office.
This office is so efficient and the staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this practice!!
I am glad that so many had a good experience with this doctor, but I did not in 2024. My initial appointment was ok. But when I returned for the 2nd appointment after having lab work done, he walked in the exam room and said “You don’t have RA. I was diagnosed in the 1990’s and treated by 2 doctors in a different state and 1 doctor in Texas. I was on RA meds and even after having heart surgery I was doing pretty well. Honestly I left really scared after our first visit. We did more bloodwork and today at my second visit I told him how much bad information there is out there and I had a notebook of questions. He took the time and answered them all. He talked me through my anxiety and told me I could call, come for a sooner visit or email him any time. He explained what's going on and told me to relax and be smart about my food and excersize choices and to breathe. I feel so much better and so much less alone on this unknown journey.
This was my first visit with vital rheumatology - warm caring treatment from the office staff to Dr Robinett for my medical needs - will be back & back again - thank you all
