I have used louis pools for 2+ yrs has not been to good.This last time I had steam washed the pool and added water. Less than 2 weeks I called them up to clean it (mind you it wasnt bad you could see the bottom) one thing (excuse) after another it turned green.One step fowards two steps back!!! Very,very bad service,,,,,pool still green and my contract is up....Do yourself a favor DO NOT CALL THESE GROUP TO CLEAN YOUR POOL,IT WONT HAPPEND.an old man that makes racial comments,and others that placate you on the chemicals I wi... read more

This is the end of the third day of this company promising to come and get my pool filtration system going - and not showing up. Now Mike, the technician wont even call me back. I think the first day they blatantly lied to me - said they were out twice and couldnt get in the gate. Everyone else has been able to get in no problem!I place my vote with the other bad reviews - this company sucks - totally unreliable and theyll lie to you :-(!
