I took a recommendation from a neighbor to call Petraccione & Sons. They gave me an appointment time right away for 3 days later. On that day, it was snowing and my expectations were low as they are located 30 minutes away. Trent called ahead to say he was coming and asked for a specific model so he could anticipate the problem and pick up parts on the way. He showed up with the best attitude. Two plumbers came out right away and even offered to work overtime to fix the problem.
