My child flushed a toy down the toilet and had it clogged bad. I called and they came out same day to have everything fixed!!! They were super nice and very fair with pricings.

We were charged $99 for a plumber to show up at the house, saw the cap for the lift pump housing and left the job stating they don't do septic. That would be great if we had septic, but we are on sewer. I'm not sure how this company gets the ratings they do, but it seems they have a lucrative business model of charging for showing up and not doing the work called for.

Richard from Barberi came out to take a look at a complicated problem we had with a tub drain. It seemed like an impossible job. Other plumbers said we'd have to tear out the entire tub. Richard and his helper got the job done without having to do that. They spent a lot of time (I know more they spent more time than they planned to) to make sure the job was done right. I was very satisfied with their work and expertise and professionalism. I will definitely be calling Barberi again for our next plumbing needs.

We were more than satisfied with the service! Ian and his coworker were here within 15 mins of my call. I had a pipe bust on the side of the house that could not be shut off without shutting the entire water in the house off. Once they arrived, it took them less than a second to diagnose the problem…and had it fixed within 20 mins. From the lady who answered my call, to the 2 guys who arrived… staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Will most definitely call them for any unanticipated future issues.
