I took my daughters and myself to get our nails done but first no one greeted them we sitting down after 15 minutes the guy come up Said they don’t have spots for 3 people but I can get one of you at 5pm we were going on vacation so my kids was so excited about their nails get done so I told the guy but tell me what time but he said 5 pm. After reading great reviews and deciding to try this salon, sad to report how disappointed I was. Arrived at the time of my appointment and was never asked my name, they just asked what I wanted after sitting for a while so not sure why I made an appt. I went for solar gel nails and shellac pedicure. I was so excited because it’s been a long time since I treated myself. Louis Nails and Spa is amazing! They are super detailed, creative, and always make my nails look perfect. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend! Thank you!
