Dr. Vogel is INCREDIBLE. I went far and wide to help my teenage daughter’s hair loss problem. Not only did he fix it, he was iso kind and invested. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.
Dr Vogel is a highly knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist who treated me very well. He was communicative, kind, efficient and answered all my questions. I appreciated the personalized service I received from his office, and appreciated the old-school setup, where I could always speak with a clear, helpful human being rather than being caught up in phone tree and email interchanges. As a further plus, I was able to make an initial appointment easily and speedily, and have follow-up treatment quickly.
Extremely passive aggressive receptionist or office manager “I’ve been working here for thirty years so you figure it out” kind of vibe. Hard to deal with office. Dr Vogel was pretty good but perhaps not the most ethical practice where they make up policies on the spot just to see you for a 10min consultation. Plenty other dermatologists in the city. I’d argue this one doesn’t really need new patients, hence the attitude.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vogel for many years. He is extraordinarily kind, patient and compassionate. Clinically, he is excellent and has done amazing treatment for me. I've been to other dermatologists before him and they couldn't come even close to his expertise or patient friendly demeanor. I would recommend him highly!
I've been a patient for over 35 years. Wonderful person and impressive internist/dermatologist. So lucky to be his patient.
