Unfortunately, this was probably the worst dental experience I’ve had. I had been going to Dr. Louis Moon’s office for a couple of years, and looking back, I honestly feel like almost every visit came with some kind of issue. Whenever I brought up a concern, the response always seemed to go straight back to me not flossing enough. I understand flossing is important, and I’m not denying that, but after a while it felt like every concern I had was just blamed on that instead of actually being explained to me. Great service and great staff
Louis Moon and his assistants totally broke my tooth I am very upset I had tooth before but no more. I cannot chew food now. He never apoligize to me at all Please don't go to this terrible dentist !
I went to this dentist several times before, but he left my dental work unfinished and is no longer trustworthy at all. The experience with this doctor was very negative and harmful. This dental clinic must be closed forever.
