Not concerned about her patients or their wellbeing, only wants to pad her invoice. Wants a separate charge and extra office visit just to refill routine prescriptions and will only discuss one issue at a time even though in some cases they may be related. Would not recommend.
Dr. Louis is, frankly, traumatizing. She does not listen to patient questions and shames patients for being concerned about their own health. She never wore a mask, and neither did anyone working in her office, even at the height of COVID. Her solution to most things is to hand you a piece of paper with information about the health benefits of eating beans—seriously, this happened to me three different times. I’ve been a patient for 20+ years. Best practice I have ever been with. Dr Louis is very through and a very good listener. Ali is always spot on. Shelly gets the job done and helps me with problems since I travel so much. Highly organized and runs the practice like a pro. Great team.
I like Dr. Louis, and I love her nurse Alley! However, the receptionist is incredibly rude. I have tried the combat vinegar with sugar/kill them with kindness approach when dealing with her with no success. It doesn't matter how you treat her she is still going to be short and rude. I dread dealing with her. I may just have to find another doctor with acceptable front-desk help.

I don't feel rushed when I visit Dr. Louis. She takes time discussing my condition with me. Her receptionist, however, is completely rude, incompetent and the laziest person I have ever encountered. I have contemplated leaving Dr. Louis simply because of her receptionist but I actually like the care I get from Dr. Louis and Ally. #Conundrum
