Had them come out to give an estimate on a backflow preventer for one of our buildings fire supply, they were one of three who came out to give estimate. They charged $440 for the estimate (no one else charged a dime) and it took several weeks to even get the estimate and now months later after I had someone else install three of them at different locations, they just called to run my card for the estimate. Revision 01-28-25 I cannot express my gratitude to Louis Mechanical for installing a new hot water heater in my attic the day BEFORE the 2025 blizzard! Jennifer was correct, the cozy warm bath in my big tub was WONDERFUL. I didn't think it was a big deal dealing with only warm water for a few more days BUT, I WAS WRONG.
