I am the maid of honor for my best friend's wedding. She ordered her dress and veil here June 2019 and they said it was going to arrive in November 2019. They did not reach out to her. She had to call multiple times for them to tell her they don't have it yet. She finally called in February 2020 they told her they had it for a week. My sister-in-law went in there today and was addressed rudely. The lady that was there snapped at her that she couldn’t go look in a certain part of the store because it was “full.” I was considering going there for a dress for an event in the future but that won’t be happening.
This was such an amazing experience. We all had so much fun and the ladies made me feel like a princess. I LOVED my dress. ❤️
