Dr. Magdon explained everything , first he recommended a non surgical approach, it didn’t help and was very painful, surgery was the next logical step. I am still in the healing process so not sure how much it has helped but thankfully I have use of my left arm again and I don’t have the deep pain in my shoulder blade.
