No Respect for their Patrons- AVOID – I was so excited to go for model color. They are THE BEST! – Have been a client for over 15 years. Wouldn't dream of changing. The staff is professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. From color to keratin to cuts - they simply are the best!!!!
I went into this salon a little nervous because I'm always a little (lot) nervous letting someone new do something to my hair. I had watched Louis Licari "ambush" people on the Today Show and every single time thought they looked so much better. Amazing Colorists – I have only been here twice but i never ran out crying.... Highly Over Rated Salon – The staff is rude, overcrowded, overrated, old equipment. The desk service awful and it changes every month from bad to worse, over all highly over rated place that tries to take advantage of old glory, pathetic!!!!!!!!!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! – I have been to Louis Licari several times before and I have always been very happy. Yesterday I went for highlights and a cut and after a $400 bill I left in tears. While I was having my highlights done my colorist was also working on at least 3 other people and she was flustered and running around.
