Dr. Libby has been an excellent doctor for my sleep apnea. I am sorry he is retiring
Dr. Libby has been my trusted pulmonologist for 16 years & I'd highly recommend him to anyone. My recent sleep study conducted at the Oregon Clinic went very smoothly; the young man facilitating the study was very pleasant, patient, accommodating, and professional.
