Dr. Sobol was very rude & condescending. I came to the office for my first interaction with an ENT & he essentially dismissed all of my concerns, I asked for more education on my nose & sinuses and was told he only provides procedural information. I felt that my visit was a waste of my time & gas frankly and none of my concerns were met. I feel it is quite normal to request standard information & education from a doctor during a visit but Dr. Sobol seemed uninterested and unmotivated to interact with me as his patient.
I saw Dr. Sobol for chronic sinus issues. Just as other reviewers have said, he is rude, arrogant, condescending, sarcastic and a poor listener who lacks empathy. My issues went unresolved. two visits were a waste of time and I left more upset than when I arrived at his office. Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. The other reviewers confirm my impressions. I only wish I had seen those reviews beforehand.
Had a great experience with this office. Highly recommended.
Dr. Sobol is brilliant! He performed a parotidectomy and neck dissection to remove cancerous masses. No one wants to hear that they have cancer - no one! He answered all of my questions over and over again (naturally, I had a lot). Today, I’m cancer-free because of him. He also inserted ear tubes in both of my sons. He’s no nonsense, to the point and will not waste unnecessary time. You are in good hands with Dr. Sobol!
Dr. Sobol is so smart and straight to the point. Did my sinus surgery a few years back and changed my life!!! Highly, highly recommend.
