I've renewed my lease for the third time. I've had a very good experience with the management. They are easy to get in touch with. They have remedied any problem I've come across in a timely manner. I have many wonderful and kind neighbors. The location is great for me. I'm within walking distance of the post office and the library. The beautiful Rialto Theater is a 2-minute walk from this apartment building as are some fun shops and attractions. There are several good restaurants also within walkingdistance. I have been here since about 5 years and I love this place it is a wonderful place to live at and my Landlord she is a wonderful lady and she does her job
The management team that is there now, apparently a wife and husband careless about the building. This is a terrible building to live in but money talks with this management team who let's whoever move in the building. People force open the doors to get in. The elevator tends to always have some type of puddle and smells like pee. The the stairway exits are the hangout spots for the smokers and drug users and the homeless people. It's even a bathroom for some because there has been a pile of poop in the stairways. This place... read more
The lady that handles application has lack of communication and untrustworthy! Was told my application fee would be refunded and didn’t receive it. Please be aware!
