2025, I've renewed my lease for the fourth time. I've had a very good experience with the management. They are easy to get in touch with. They most usually remedy problems in a timely manner. I have many wonderful and kind neighbors. The location is great. I'm within walking distance of the post office and the library. The beautiful Rialto Theater is a 2-minute walk from this apartment. When I first lived here, the building felt very well-maintained, residents were respectful, and there was a strong sense of community and privacy among neighbors.
