Incredible old fashioned chocolates!!
Best chocolate around, especially the dark chocolate caramels and coconut kisses!
When I get to Baltimore, I try to stop, otherwise I get Sea Salt Caramels for Christmas.
I was back in Baltimore for a family memorial, so I was craving some tasty good memories. I told my cousin I was going to Rheb’s and she said, “Oh, I’ve found this great chocolate on the Internet.” I replied, “The Internet might have chocolate that’s almost as good, but the Internet doesn’t have the great ladies behind the counter who pack your chocolates in a box, put a bow on it, and hand it to you with a “Here ya go, Hon.” Take THAT, Bezos!
Took the team here after a soccer game. What a great experience! The ladies behind the counter were so funny. Great service, great candy, and great prices!
