I'm on day 10 without heat. We signed a contract with them thinking it would give us prefered service but apparently not. Total incompetence combined with zero communication makes for a bad combination. NEVER call them if you want good HVAC service!
Do not use Louis Heating & Cooling. EDIT: Continued... Louis Heating & Cooling never came out to fix the issue we were experiencing and they failed the town inspection on 2 counts. They said they would fix the issues from the inspection, but never came back. We were forced to contact another contractor to finish the work. Do not use these guys.
Great service, Fair price! – I was pleasantly suprised by the promptness and quality of service, and the fair price! We woke up to find our heater wasn't working, and were so worried. I called Louis Heating and they said someone was going to be over that day. The technician came and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He even took a look at the our ciculation problem, and adjusted it while he was here. We really appriciated the advice he gave and the time he took to explain everything.
