Dr Zbinden was excellent and really made me feel confident about the surgery and the procedure.

Dr Zbinden was very nice and explained everything in the beginning. I was very disappointed that after surgery he did not come to talk to me and tell me how things went. Then he did not give the discharge papers to the recovery room and the nurse asked several times then called the OR and nothing. Then called her supervisor who went to the OR 2 times and nothing. I couldn’t get anything to drink therefore couldn’t get a pain pill only pain iv meds which was Demerol and fentanyl this went on for hours! I was so thirsty and I ... read more
