Girl at front desk was quite rude with me. She made me feel as though I was wasting her precious time. Once I got back to see the doctor after waiting an hour after my appointment things were better. The doctor was nice Dr Gilbert was very thorough with me. He listened to my concerns. Nina the lab tech who took my blood was friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable and helpful
