I had a great experience with Dr. Furlan. He was very thorough and attentive to my son. I also had a great experience with the front desk, specifically with Raquel. She was super helpful!
I spoke to the Westfield office, staff are rude and not willing to help at all, I needed an urgent appointment because my son has problem in his eyes and I was told the Dr is booked until March and I can’t put you in before that.
They are ok. Dr furlan. Is good with Kids. Staff/front desk not so much. They don't follow up with you when they say kids have to come back in certain period of time for a follow up. U call back, leave msgs and no one returns your call. Very disappointed!!!
