The staff was professional and personable. The Dr. was friendly, understanding, listened, very competent and knowledgeable. Showed true concern about a few issues that I was going through.
After seeing another urologist and getting treatment, I wanted to second opinion. Dr Faiella explained my condition and ordered an MRI. This test helped to explain my condition and how to treat it. I'm not sure why the other doctor did not ask for an MRI. Dr Faiella spends a lot of time explaining my options, including herbal medicine and using other doctors to do procedures. It's nice to know what is really ailing me and how I can treat it. Highly recommend.
From the front desk to the medical staff they make your experience a very pleasant one. What can I say about Dr. Faiella he is very caring, thorough doctor who takes his time with you and explains everything so you know what is going on.
I moved through the process pretty quickly and Dr Faiella spent time with me explaining everything. He is great.
