Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told by my primary health care provider to call this place because they were listed as "in-network". The first thing she asks me is "what insurance do you have?", which is totally standard. When I tell her the insurance I have, she tells me immediately that they don't take my insurance (they do) because they "aren't staffed with that doctor anymore". Just called to make an appointment for a oral surgeon. I call and someone answers from a cell phone sounds like they are in a car. Unprofessional. Then the woman gives me the direct office number. I call. Another woman answers rude right off the back. I say what i was looking for. She snaps back and says oh well earliest appointment is not till april. Honestly she embarrassed me. Rude and unprofessional. Uncomfortable. I can’t imagine in side.
