Had spinal fusion in 2021 leading to infection he treated by increasing pain meds. After 2 months of severe pain I had to request testing and found it became osteomyelitis, finally requiring additional surgery 10 months later. Since I am on permanent disability now as a result I asked him to at least have his insurance reimburse me for the $50,000+ I had to outlay as a result of not diagnosing infection and destroying my life. His response: '...sue me.'
