This plant is one of the most poorly managed places ever. The working conditions, especially for the outside workers, are quite atrocious. It is very dangerous out there in the facility and the amount of dust/ other filthy debris is insurmountable. Nothing is being done to fix these issues because of course, outputs matter more employees’ health and well-being. People have to work overtime a lot; work-life balance is practically non-existent.
