Excellent Service and care for me
Every Schedule time is overlapping which causing patients to wait in the assigned room ranging from 30min to 1hr in avg. Hard to get advise from this doctor office during office hour. They usually like to ask the call in patients to make an appt to come into to the office to talk to Dr Louie for any concern. Absolutely no questions are welcome to ask over the phone and no email is allowed. Very inconvenient. Everything operates in an old school way.
I've been a patient for 30 years. Dr. DAVID LOUIS is calm in manner, thoughtful in concern for his patients, and tremendously knowledgeable. For all these years I drive 45 minutes each way to see him, when there are many doctors 10 minutes from my house. On the five star scale above, DR. LOUIS rates 1,000 stars in my experience.
The waiting time is terribly long-1hr after assigned a room.
Dr. David Louis has been my primary care physician for the past 20 years. He is very professional, thorough, and cares about his patients. He always patiently listen, and has seen me numerous times under emergency situations. When I was at a nursing home for rehabilation after surgery, despite of his business schedules, he made time to examine me 7 am in the morning. His staff have always been accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Louis to my family and friends.
