I been going to this primary care for over a year. I got pregnant and started seeing a OBGYN specialist. While getting prenatal care they did a screening for my thyroid and found that my thyroid level is low. The OBGYN specialist doesn’t treat the thyroid and said that I’d need a thyroid panel done, so call my PCP and have them do a thyroid panel or at least refer me to an endocrinologist. Dr. Casado, is the most caring, supportive loving person. He truly think of his clients medical needs. I recommend Doc all the time.

If i could give Dr. Casado 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and doesn’t take the time to get to know his patients and actually evaluate them. The medical assistants have more professionalism and work ethic than him. I was on the phone with my insurance while walking out the door to change the pcp. Horrible. Never again!
