The Doctor is good. But the biggest complaint is his staff from a lot of patients..OMG GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE… AND THEY DONT RETURN CALLS EVEN IF YOU LEAVE AN EMERGENCY MESSAGE FOR THE DOCTOR. It’s awful! Take your business elsewhere please! You’ll never get an appointment, you’ll be dead by the time they find an appointment availability. I SEE WHY THEY ARE TWO STARS !!

Mi esposo y yo nos atendemos hace varios años con el equipo médico del Dr Louis Casado. Todos han sido muy atentos con nosotros, como mismo lo dijimos ya una vez! Recordamos algunos nombres: Milagros, Inés, Melisa, Patricia, Daniel...lamentablemente no recordamos los nombres d todos. I been going to this primary care for over a year. I got pregnant and started seeing a OBGYN specialist. While getting prenatal care they did a screening for my thyroid and found that my thyroid level is low. The OBGYN specialist doesn’t treat the thyroid and said that I’d need a thyroid panel done, so call my PCP and have them do a thyroid panel or at least refer me to an endocrinologist.
