I did a virtual visit and everything went great. On time, good reception.
I am a fairly new patient and have been very pleased with Dr Haenel
Was not a fan of his at all. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He made up a bunch of lies and did not care about helping me get better. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what his issue was but I left my appointment with him in tears. It was an appointment where the blood work was clear and he didn’t care.
Dr. Haenel is 5 Stars + ! He should be noted as one of the top 10 Endocrinologists in the Southeast. His knowledge & ability to be patient focused on individual needs is outstanding coupled with being an excellent listener to answer detail related inquiries. RSFHS is lucky to have him on staff!
