This place cost my elderly father who is on a fixed income a lot of stress and inconvenience selling him a car which needed a transmission in less then 90 days. Please stay clear of this dealer because your car will not live past the crappy warranty which covers a quarter of the cost. Not to mention the transmission was diagnosed by another mechanic not theirs!! DO NOT BUY HERE ITS NOT THE SHINE ON THE CAR ITS WHAT'S UNDER THE HOOD!!! SHAME ON YOU LOUIS AUTO SALES!!!!

I took someone to Louis Auto Sales, which I thought was a reputable dealer. I'm sorry to say that in less than 90 days the car needed a transmission which the warranty covered very, very, very little!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the only concern they have is what they ARE NOT responsible for!!!!!!!!! I hope that these reviews are taken seriously to save anyone else from costly repairs!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
STAY AWAY!!!!! If i could give them negative stars, I would. These guys are SO slimy. They sell you lemons and then act like it's no big deal. I bought a car and three days later the check engine light popped on! I had a warranty with them, so I took the car to their "shop" which they replaced my 02 sensor with a used one, and essentially did nothing.
