Nice people. The doctor takes time to explain everything and gives practical advice. I have a done a cleaning and one cavity. Great experience. Most other dentists treat your mouth like a pot of gold. This place is more humble. You can actually get a cleaning appointment in 2-3 weeks vs waiting 4-6 months. Since I travel and change schedules I find this place convenient and perfect fit. I will be sending the rest of my family there.
I too was a long time patient of Dr Imburgia and like others, leery of starting with another practice. I found the office staff professional and competent. I’ve now had my teeth cleaned twice by the hygienists and have no complaints. I see Dr Sasha Alexanian and couldn’t be happier-no unexpected treatment plans, pain free work and she explains everything thoroughly. Terrific team!
My kids and I came to Brighter Dental for cleanings and I was absolutely blown away by the staff! Meg was my dental hygienist and she was so wonderful. She was thorough and did an amazing job with education. I've been going to the dentist my whole life but I learned new things from her! Then there was Dr. Sasha. She was absolutely amazing! Very unprofessional doctor. I overheard the way he talks to his staff. Awful!
I strongly advise against this dental office due to ongoing professionalism and cleanliness concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone I care about. After reading other negative reviews, I noticed a pattern in how the owner responds to criticism. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he often dismisses them, undermines other dental professionals, and prioritizes protecting his reputation over genuine patient experiences.
