I made an appointment with this Doctor about 2 years ago, I gave the staff all my information in order to make an appointment ( which is required). A few days prior to my appointment, I received a call canceling my appointment due to an emergency the Doctor had. I never rescheduled and found another Cardiologist. I have been seeing Dr. Louis Fernandez for over 20 years. I can't say enough good things about him. He professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring. He has taken great care of me over all these years. Recently, his daughter, Dr.Marlena Fernandez joined his practice. Para sacar un turno para mis padres mayores de edad espere en linea 25 minutos. La persona que contesto el teléfono me dijo que se tenian que registrar en linea y en dos dias le llamaban para darles un turno. Le dije que si era asi tenia que buscar otro medico porque ellos no podian hacer eso y la persona sin esperar que terminara de hablar me colgó el teléfono. Recomendación este medio no es bueno para personas mayores de edad que no entienden y tienen alguna limitancia para registrarse en linea. Gracias.
