Very easy to deal with. The team made sure everything fit, communicated on the process from beginning to end, had a slight delay on a suit we left behind at our venue and were very understanding. Seamless process.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful—they made the tux rental process effortless. We had several groomsmen out of state, and the team made it easy to get their measurements, with every tux fitting perfectly. When one jacket’s sleeves were too long, they had a replacement ready in less than 24 hours. The return process was just as smooth. We highly recommend Louie’s!
I had my first experience at a Tux shop. I was honestly nervous at first. But I felt very comfortable once I started talking to the staff. They answered all my questions and were very patient. I felt very valued and respected as an LGBTQ+ person. I had an issue right before my wedding and needed a different pair of pants.
