The initial visit was great and the lady was very kind. We picked up the tux the day before and unable to try on until day of due to travel schedule. Multiple issues - we received two of the same shoes, pants were way too small - not even close to fitting, the vest strap was broken and way too big and the bow tie was not for a 3 year old kid. Measuring was spot on and relatively quick. Tux was in excellent shape and fit well. Turning tux back in was easy as well Overall highly recommend louie’s
