Kate was totally fantastic! Best burgers and fries.
The atmosphere is rustic, the service (Emily) was great. So was the company I kept. I will return soon. My dinner was scrumptious! Thank you Louie's.
Very terrible customer service. They wouldn't serve my friend because she had a license from a different state so they thought she was faking. She even had three different forms of ID's saying she is who she was.

I'm sorry that you feel that way about our customer service. I will always back my bartenders and managers regarding a ID. It is our liquor license that is at stake for serving a minor.
