I called Louie early in the morning, he picked up and was completely professional and respectful, even got me in an hour later! My yard hasn’t looked this good since I moved in a year ago! He even took the time to explain the next steps/upkeep of it all. Will recommend to everyone!! I called on Saturday, said they could help Monday and was very polite asked to send pictures for a quote. After doing so my messages have been left on read, not a single text back after shooting a couple more text.
Requested a quote and followed up on several occasions since last September concerning lawn service, while the gentleman initially seemed interested. A lawn service quote was never provided and followed up was never conducted. I provided pictures and my address on at least two separate occasions as well. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t take the time to address this issue, but in my opinion the 4.9 rating is not justified because that is not the experience that I have received.
