RecommendedMy coworkers and I absolutely love this place. We've been fans of the owners since before this restaurant opened, back when they helped make another certain restaurant special ;-) My absolute favorite dishes here are the vegetables and vegetable burrito, and the creamy jalapeno soup. I'm not usually all about the vegetables anywhere, but these are just so good!
Love, love, love eating here! Always delicious and the service is impeccable.
The food was very disappointing. One person in my party got the daily special. It was still raw. The Cuban chicken was bland. The mofongo chicken tasted old. Like they prepped it days ago and just had it sitting in the fridge. The black beans that came with the meal was also bland and old. They was us maybe a 1/4 cup or rice with 2 cups for black beans poured on top. It was disgusting. The lady serving us was nice. Also for the food to not be freshly made it was expensive.

Very delicious and authentic Cuban food. Cool atmosphere like a Cuban bistro in Miami. We also had wonderful service. If you want great authentic Cuban food in the Midwest you can’t go wrong. Make sure you get the fried plantain
