***Charging people extra for no reason*** BEWARE!! I got my car towed yesterday 1/17/2024, because due to car accident. The police contacted this company. I went to the shop the same day, and they told me they had to do something special to put the car in their flathead tow and that was extra $. Today, 01/18/2024 I got another tow company to remove my car from their lot and they didn’t have to do nothing special to be able to put it on their flat bed. The one on Wheatfield Street. The women there very kind personable and accommodating. The one on industrial highway, she was horrible. Rude argumentative and extremely condescending. Horrible woman, the 2 ladies were as different as night & day.
