The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a couple of very nice folks and right away they asked if they could help me. Not sure why the negative reviews on louie appliances I've had a great experience working with Louie. I'm in the market to upgrade most of my kitchen appliances and wanted to go the brick and mortar route as opposed to taking my chances with eBay or other online outfits. I actually assumed that I would pay more by going into the showroom but that hasn't been the case. Purchased a refrigerator with a 90-day warranty from Louie Appliances and it doesn’t make ice or keep items cold. We called them and they sent a technician who was not skilled in refrigerator repair, could not find the issue and told us he would talk to the owner. We call numerous times to follow up prior to the 90 days and after. When asked if we could speak with the owner he was always not available. We bought a fridge they delivered it and the fridge never worked. Still dealing with same issue. Never worked. Owner is aware of situation. Wants to keep going back to "fix" the problem. Refuses to replace fridge. We need this fridge to be replaced for a working one immediately.
