We love Louie's. Everytime we dine there it is great food and a fun atmosphere!

Excellent atmosphere, food and service! Waiter Nick was terrific ! Pasta dishes delicious! Cozy environment- though we sat in the dining room bar looks great! Live in Kittery - we'll be back! One issue - don't know who's responsible but sidewalk very icy!
Food and service were excellent. Bread, presentation, everything was on point.
Had a wonderful dinner with my family. Small, quaint, restaurant in beautiful Portsmouth. Service was great. Had a server who patiently explained every thing on the menu ( a bit of translation), how the restaurant got its name and how it was decorated to a bit about the surrounding architecture of Portsmouth. Our meal was great. Loved the Zuppa, which my wife and I enjoyed. My son had the veal. As for the desserts...exceptional.
