Dr Shou is treating me for a bunionectomy. He did my surgery about 1 week ago. H is the best doctor and provides excellent medical care. I highly recommend Dr Shou. I would never go elsewhere
Great compassion from the staff they all treat you friendly and seem to be happy working there. I would recommend them to anyone.
I'm writing this review for a family member. She reports that the facility and staff were very efficient and professional and would recommend THEM overall. However, she reports that Dr. Shou was the rudest, most unprofessional physician she has ever encountered. He was combative, condescending and dismissive. He felt as if she was asking to be coddled simply because she was asking clarification questions concerning her care. This has to be the most efficient Virtua facility I have ever gone to. Upon arrival I was immediately checked in. The assistant came out in less than two minutes and I was escorted to the examination room. After listening to the reason I was there, within 5 minutes I was having my x-rays done. After my x rays, within two minutes I was seen by the doctor and given my diagnosis and game plan to rectify my issue. I have My follow up in three weeks.
