I'm writing this review for a family member. She reports that the facility and staff were very efficient and professional and would recommend THEM overall. However, she reports that Dr. Shou was the rudest, most unprofessional physician she has ever encountered. He was combative, condescending and dismissive. He felt as if she was asking to be coddled simply because she was asking clarification questions concerning her care. This has to be the most efficient Virtua facility I have ever gone to. Upon arrival I was immediately checked in. The assistant came out in less than two minutes and I was escorted to the examination room. After listening to the reason I was there, within 5 minutes I was having my x-rays done. After my x rays, within two minutes I was seen by the doctor and given my diagnosis and game plan to rectify my issue. I have My follow up in three weeks. Dr. Shou is professional yet relatable. He took his time explaining my injury and answered all of my questions. His assistants were very kind as well. I felt like I was in very good hands.

I recently broke my foot and needed to see an Orthopedic Dr. Several physicians were recommended to me and after calling several practices, some of which couldn't see me for almost 2 weeks, I was able to get an appointment the next day with Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics. The office was quite nice and all of the Staff, from the Reception desk to the Nurses and XRay technician and Physician were so helpful and friendly. All things considered, it was one of the best medical experiences I've ever had.
